First-time appointments are typically 90 minutes in duration and involve collecting detailed information about your current state of health, assessing your health goals, and discussing recommendations. 

Prior to your first visit, you will need to complete a health questionnaire and submit it to us via email, post mail or by dropping it off in person. 

Follow-up appointments are generally 30-60 minutes, depending on your case. Please bring a list of pharmaceuticals and any natural supplements you are currently taking with you to your appointment.

No. Clients are encouraged to have transparent communication with all their health care providers.   Some clients choose to use a combination of medical and naturopathic care.  It is entirely your choice either way.

Ancient Wisdom Natural Health does not accept insurance.  In most cases, health insurance companies do not cover the cost of a naturopathic appointment or therapies.  

Yes.  Many naturopathic remedies and/or therapies are completely safe when a person is taking medication.  In the case of an herbal and/or supplement recommendation, every effort is taken to minimize drug/herbal or nutrient interactions. All medications must be disclosed at the initial consult to minimize any treatment interactions. A list of all medications and supplements should be listed on the intake form or brought on a separate form.
